My primary strength as a fisherman is using a jig,” Thrift said. “I used the Shooter Lures jig to finish second at Travis and tenth at Norman…”

I will have Shooter Jigs (formerly Outlaw Jigs) with me at all the CATT Tourneys...I started using Shooter Jigs this past Spring and I have twice as many bites....I was using a rattle before and the bass seem to hit the Shooter a lot better without a rattle plus its hand tied and almost impossible to chip the paint finish.

I even converted Andy Owens to using the Shooter Jig so that should tell you something about this jig. This year we fished the National Bass Circuit in the Southern Division and he has seen what the Shooter Jig produces. I think our average weight is close to 15 pounds a tourney. If you want to use a top quality jig then see me ... I have full cards of the most popular colors.

Shooter Jigs accounted for these wins since September 2004--

                                                            Over $10,000 in cash!
                                                Tri-State Open Wateree
                                                Toys for Tots     Wateree
                                                SC Wildlife        Wateree
                                                United Bass Open   Wateree
                                                CATT Fall Final  Wylie
                                                Anglerschannel.com      Wylie
CATT Qualifer #2 Spring  05    Wateree

FISH THE JIG THAT MANY TOP NAME LOCAL FISHERMAN USE...

Wateree Anglers -- Andy Owens, Greg Atkinson, Dennis Shumate, Brett Collins
Wylie Anglers -- Bryan Thrift, Andy Montgomery, Louie Hull and more!

It ain't a jig unless its a Shooter!!
Use the jig that broke the single season weight total in the NBC Trail...134 lbs in 8 tournaments!

Ryan,

Hey nice to meet you. Your dad is a great guy, I owe Louie a lot. I cant even begin to tell you how Shooter lures has helped me catch the best fish of my life plus win a boat and win angler of the year in two clubs in  the same year. Well to start off that 11 pounder was caught in the end of April. I actually had 24.9 lbs that night in a Tourney on Lake Hickory. Unbelievable Afternoon! I also fish the J&J on Norman and me and my partner won the spring trail thanks to Shooter Lures. Between the spinner baits and jigs we weight in  a limit in every tournament and set an all time  one day  weight record of 17.85 lbs. Those pics are on the fishing with dj home page under the spring trail winners. You might be able to copy and past them. Another really cool thing I have told your dad. I had a good friend that was on Schooled by Denny Brauer on ESPN. I had given him a few crank baits and a couple of my favorite Shooter spinner baits. You might know the only fish he caught was on the Shooter spinner bait. The show kept the spinner bait and is suppose to show it when the show airs in June. That might be a little national publicity for ya. I'm sure you know this but me and Bryan Thrift won the Foothills Tourney on Lake Hickory last year thanks to 7+ lbder off a Shooter jig. I have pics of me and Bryan with the boat if your interested. But I am going to send you another pic of some pigs I caught down on Lake Hartwell in a club tourney. I wish you the best on the home page and please if I can help in any way let me know, because I am 199% behind your dads lures. Oh I do want a couple of those window decals. Let me know how to get them or you can have your dad bring a few to the J&J this weekend and I'll get em there.

Thanks again, and good fishing

ryan,

all I have been hearing about is (other product) this and (other product) that all winter on norman. me(jody wright) and james dyer won the nbc sportseries and the j&j winter trail on 12-22-07 with 17.44lbs(17.25lbs in j&j) for $1731.00 all on a shooter jig. maybe people will remember what louie's jig has done in the past.

                                         thanks,

                                         jody wright

wanted to send you all this picture of the april fishers of men piedmont/foothills tournament. we caught all the fish in the picture on Shooter jig; with probably a total of 20 fish for the day. I would like to thank James Dyer for introducing me to outlaw jigs in 2004; has change my game completely. Also wanted to let you know I won the 2005 western reg. federation in march on lake james. Most of my fish both days were on Shooter jig. In picture i'm(jody wright) in middle and clyde whiteside is on the right. thanks for your jigs and keep up the good work.

Wanted to let everyone know that the 2005 fishers of men points champion(foothills div.) caught 95% of fish weighed on Shooter jigs. We sealed the deal with 2nd place finish on High Rock June 18th (15.92lbs). Also had federation club tournament on High Rock the weekend before; had 4 fish 14.25lbs with a 6.86lber on Shooter jig. If you don't throw Shooter lures, maybe you should start!

                                                                                    thanks,

Louie and Gene,

Last weekend(March25-26th), My fishing partner and I were fishing on Lake Murray for the first time.  At the end of the day, We went back to park to watch a local tournament weigh in.  As we thought we did well 10 to 12 total weight for the day, we were just shocked to see the size of some of these fish.  Anyway long story short after everything was over Marc and I went over the Tournament directors to see what kind of info they would give us to help us out for the next day.  We'll, as they were telling us where to go on the lake, they also were telling us to use your jigs.  Being from Ohio and PA we did not have any so they were nice enough to sell us a card.  Well, the next we go back out to the lake you would have thought we put on a neon sign with directions to our bait.  Not only did we catch fish these things were giants!!! We fished all day saving 2 of these jigs for our home waters.

Just wanted to drop you a line letting you see what your jigs are doing for me this year!!! Can not say enough about these little magic lures! Enjoy the pictures and if you look at the shirt, your "new" name is on my left side front.

Tight lines,

John White

Hey Ryan, I have had a pretty good May on Gaston Lake. A second place finish in the Angler's Choice circuit and a win this weekend in the Fishers of Men's.

Your dad's lures caught them all. I love those boat docks, definitely the best jig around in my book. Tell Louie I love his jig.

The attached picture is the second place finish in the Angler's choice http://fishermensjournal.com/results_series_det.asp?series-id=411089641 and the web link is the fisher of men's.

I have passed the word around here and will continue. Hope he is getting some business out of it.

Take Care!

i just wanted to say that my fishing has made a 180 degree turn since changing to Shooter Lures.  not only are the jigs second to none but the spinnerbaits and buzzbaits leave strike king and terminators in the dust.  keep up the good work!

                                                                            good fishing,

if any of you bassmasters are lookin for the company to stick with when it comes to jigs, spinnerbaits, and buzzbaits, go to www.shooterlures.com  they have to be the best that I have used and they are by far the friendliest.  i want to thank them for being willing to help me out a little bit since im getting ready to fish the BFL Tour this spring.  i am very excited about using their stuff in the BFL and I guarantee you its gonna be dangerous out there once i get those jigs and spinnerbaits tied on the end of my line.  yall go check em out.  their stuff is very affordable and are run by great people.

God Bless and Tight Lines-
